What is your copyright policy?

Each Artist has their own copyright policy stated at the bottom of their Design datasheet page. Some licensed designs are for personal use only and cannot be sewn and sold, however, on designs where an angel icon appears in the upper right corner means our angel artist policy applies. Our angel artist policy means that you may sew and sell up to 20 items. If you wish to produce more items for sale please contact us for licensing information. If you're interested in a particular artist's designs that do not offer an angel policy and you want to sew and sell please contact us.

What embroidery machine formats do you offer?

We offer most designs in the following formats:
.csd .dsb .dst .dsz .emd .exp .hus .jef .pcm .pcs .pes .sew .shv .vip .xxx
there are some restrictions on maximum hoop size with the .csd .pcm .pcs .sew formats so some of the larger designs are not available in those machinbe formats.

How do I pay for my designs?

Once you're finished choosing your designs simply click on check out. You will then be directed to our shopping cart and your payment will be handled on the secure servers of PayPal.

Is my payment secure?

Payment processing on this site is handled by PayPal. With 87 million account holders they are one of the largest electronic payment systems and they ensure the safety and security of your transaction with us. Once you have completed your shopping here, we transfer you to the secure PayPal website to take care of the payment the transaction takes place entirely on PayPal's secure servers, where you may pay by credit card, bank transfer or from a PayPal account if you have one. Opening a PayPal account is not mandatory to complete your purchase.. Once the funds transfer is complete, you are returned to our site to download your designs.

How do I receive my designs?

Once you have purchased your designs they are immediately available for download. We will also send a receipt by e-mail which contains details of how to download your designs for a further 3 days, if you are unable to download them at the time of purchase.

Can I download my designs onto more than one computer?

Yes, as long as the design is only being used by you.
